  • The Engineer – Yield will participate in a nine-month rotational program within the Pricing, Strategy, and Costing departments under ArcBest Yield learning to 1) analyze supply chain solution opportunities to meet customer logistics needs while using and interpreting all relevant cost, market, and value-added information; 2) provide internal management consulting for ArcBest leaders that deepens understanding of profitability drivers; and, 3) provide analytical support for new and existing business opportunities while developing innovative tools and processes to advance strategic yield initiatives. Following the rotation, each Engineer will be placed with the hiring department that best matches their career interest and company need.
