- The Supervisor, Compliance - Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR Compliance support team which handles the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) process, paid time off administration, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other leave processes. This position assists with developing, testing, and administering paid time off and leaves in the HCM system. This role requires leadership skills, excellent customer service, and extensive collaboration with other teams and employees at all levels.
