- The Business Development Representative is focused on selling the MoLo truckload service line (operating under ArcBest) and is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized (SMB) customers across North America. This position offers the unique opportunity to target various industries within the truckload market, including, but not limited to, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and retail. This role will prospect new customers and sell MoLo, An ArcBest Truckload Service, while collaborating with various departments, including other ArcBest service lines, to provide integrated transportations solutions.
