- The Benefits Services Coordinator handles various administrative tasks to ensure efficient department operations. This position is responsible for managing mail, scanning and indexing documents, processing claims, and assisting with member support and wellness communications. The Benefits Services Coordinator also supports the customer service team, plans department events, and provides general assistance across all areas of the Benefits department. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
