- The Enterprise Account Management Analyst develops and manages processes and customer relationships in order to maintain and grow high-potential accounts for the purpose of increasing our wallet share within them. This position provides superior analytical and inter-personal skills while working directly with multiple departments to increase our presence through service line expansion, as well as, providing an industry-leading Customer Experience. The Enterprise Account Management Analyst offers a high degree of responsibility and exposure to numerous aspects of the transportation business, including pricing, sales, marketing, and all modes of freight movement.
