Job Description
The Production Coordinator works at the direction of the production supervisor to respond to all corporate-wide departmental requests for word processing and data compilation documents, creating appropriate documents for intended use. This includes compiling data for legal, safety, and investor documents. This position is also responsible for ordering and approving invoices for all corporate business card orders. It is anticipated that over time the candidate will be able to successfully perform all duties below with effective management and training support.

This includes compiling data for legal, safety, and investor documents. This position is also responsible for ordering and approving invoices for all corporate business card orders. It is anticipated that over time the candidate will be able to successfully perform all duties below with effective management and training support.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process numerous requests from multiple company departments and individuals, including creation of mailing labels.
- Transform departmental requests into professional documents using Microsoft Office and other software programs.
- Compile detailed data using Microsoft Office tools for various departments.
- Compile confidential and sensitive data for legal, safety, and investor departments.
- Oversee business card ordering system and ensure accurate cards are received.
- Review and approve business card invoices.
- Transcribe correspondence from recorded phone conversations as needed for legal and safety departments.
- Update company forms and documents with executive titles and e-signatures.
- Manage all mailing lists for Service Center locations, ByLines retiree mailings, etc.
- Ship marketing store orders upon request.
- Maintain executive letterhead and stationery.
- Other duties as projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma / GED, required
- Associate's Degree in office administration or related field, preferred
- 1 year experience in office administration using computer software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Upon Hire, required

Other Details
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday, expected 40 hours a week with flexibility of hours between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Possible time worked outside of regular work hours depending on workload requirements.
- Minimal (0%-25%) Regular lifting and moving of paper boxes (25 lbs).
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
