The Student Worker, Truckload Account Development works alongside a team to provide operational support for our customers' business needs. This position supports a wide variety of customer service requests which include shipment tracking, issue resolution, document retrieval, and scheduling appointments. The Student Worker, Truckload Account Development provides essential account level support to customers through all channels of communication. This position learns freight fundamentals and market behaviors while developing freight market knowledge and operational skills. Additionally, the Student Worker, Truckload Account Development collaborates cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to ensure the integrity of MoLo's service is being maximized.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to uphold our commitment to service.
- Provide backup support for peers throughout the AM team, as needed.
- Monitor the case management system and handle customer phone calls.
- Prioritize and respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, trace, and proactively monitor customer shipments.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Continually develop market knowledge and learn pricing techniques.
- Use multiple systems and programs in support of customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain knowledge of internal work processes and standard operating procedures.
- Support customer load lifecycle execution including, but not limited to, building loads, scheduling loads, issue resolution, and closing loads.
Requirements
Education:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree Currently pursuing a college degree, required
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferred
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This position is a part-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
