Job Description
The Student Worker, Quotations assists the Quotations team by monitoring assigned Outlook inboxes, entering quote requests into the system, sending the requests to the analysts and/or customers as well as assisting with various projects. This position requires excellent customer service as well as dependability.
The Student Worker, Quotations assists the Quotations team by monitoring assigned Outlook inboxes, entering quote requests into the system, sending the requests to the analysts and/or customers as well as assisting with various projects. Responsibilities
- Determine whether the quote can be sent to the customer or if it requires analyst review and take appropriate action.
- Enter quote requests into IQS and Mainframe.
- Monitor Outlook inboxes.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
- Participate in special projects.
- Create and send bills of lading.
- Handle quote bookings.
- Communicate with team members and customers.
Requirements
Education:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- No prior experience necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel, spreadsheet and reporting skills.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a hourly position paid biweekly.
