Job Description
The Senior UI/UX Designer assists with overseeing the creation and management of the design process to support the digital goals of the organization. This position is responsible for the start to finish process of projects and works with development teams to ensure finished products meet business requirements and customer needs. The Senior UI/UX Designer works alongside the Digital Experience Team and the Product Team to understand the needs and objectives of the business for each design request and partners with the Development Team to facilitate the hand-off of their carefully curated designs. This position is responsible for producing wireframes, storyboards, user flows and mockups through final design for websites, landing pages, emails, and mobile applications. This position may also create and maintain design pattern libraries to create consistency. The Senior UI/UX Designer illustrates design elements and helps maintain our company's digital assets library. In addition, this position adheres to best practices for user interface design and helps to maintain usability standards across the enterprise. The Senior UI/UX Designer requires a high degree of collaboration, creativity, and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Understand, exemplify, and effectively communicate the Company's values.
- Support business and development teams that work in an Agile environment.
- Ensure compliance with desired user experience is met and approve specifications and requirements for the look, feel, and functionality of products.
- Present and share design decisions via deliverables to peers and development teams.
- Serve as a mentor to other UI/UX Designers in the organization.
- Maintain usability standards across the enterprise.
- Conceptualize, iterate, and finalize new product or product functionality designs through the creation of rapid visualization hand-sketches, renderings, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes.
- Utilize third-party tools to understand customer behavior, improve overall product performance, measure success, and identify pain points.
- Create industry-leading wireframes and designs that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to our websites, landing pages, email templates, mobile applications, and other digital media.
- Continuously study user-centered design principles.
- Advocate the company's Design System Library by establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in User-Interface Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Digital Interaction, Psychology, or related field, preferred
- 10+ years Experience with UI/UX Design
- A digital portfolio showcasing design experience and capabilities, required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suit, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGaffle, Figma, Sketch, InVision other other design and wire-framing tools Upon Hire, required
- Basic competence in phone skills, listening, computer programs like Microsoft Office Suite. Upon Hire, required

Other Details
Work Hours:
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a salary position paid biweekly.
