The Workers' Compensation Resolution Associate is responsible for providing clerical support for all Workers' Compensation Resolution Administrators, Supervisors, Managers, and Director in managing risk issues for the Corporation.
The Workers' Compensation Resolution Associate is responsible for providing clerical support for all Workers' Compensation Resolution Administrators, Supervisors, Managers, and Director in managing risk issues for the Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Issue drafts and mileage verifications to support the investigation and proper handling of claims.
- Electronically file various state workers' compensation forms.
- Contact and provide customer service for injured workers within 24 hours of an injury during the normal work week.
- Electronically process daily mail to ensure it is forwarded to the appropriate administrator or supervisor.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Process Alternate Work Program paperwork.
- Index claims documents as assigned.
- Process recovery drafts.
- Collaborate with Resolution Administrators, Supervisors, Managers, and Director to streamline department processes.
- Manage telephone calls from claimants, providers, and company personnel.
- Provide clerical support to the Manager and Director of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- No prior experience necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a salary position paid biweekly.
