Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Security Technology and Engineering to join the ABF Freight team. The Student Worker, Security Technology and Engineering is responsible for a variety of office and shop procedures/tasks in the Security & Technology area within the ABF Security department.
Your contribution may include:
- Organize invoices for processing.
- Package and ship items from the general office to various service center locations in the country.
- Order materials for ABF Security projects both online and in person.
- Organize materials for specific projects.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Student Worker, Security Technology and Engineering, you will be a member of the ABF Freight Safety and Security team in Fort Smith, AR. This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Hours are flexible around school.

Education: Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, required.
Experience: No prior experience necessary.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook; ability to professionally communicate with employees, vendors, etc., via phone, email, Teams, required upon hire.
Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required upon hire.
