Job Description
The Supervisor, Shop supervises repairs/inspections of equipment according to department policies and applicable laws. This position supervises assigned technicians work assignments, and performs technical inspections, operational procedures, technical training, and safety operations/procedures for the shop.

Responsibilities
- Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
- Manage shop operations in compliance with the applicable unionized labor agreement(s).
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Plan, assign, direct, and appraise work.
- Address equipment complaints and resolve problems.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree, preferred
- Experience and/or training in equipment maintenance, preferred
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required

Other Details
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a salary position paid biweekly.
- Variable compensation is included.
