Job Description
The Student Worker, Talent Acquisition provides administrative support of the daily operations of Talent Acquisition. It requires extensive contact with the various departments at the corporate level as well as with subsidiaries. The Student Worker, Talent Acquisition is the first impression of ArcBest for potential new hires and must be perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
The Student Worker, Talent Acquisition provides administrative support of the daily operations of Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Index documents into personnel files.
- Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls as appropriate.
- Administer skills tests.
- Maintain accurate and current records of applicants.
- Provide support as needed for all areas of Talent Management.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree
- No prior experience necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required

Other Details
- This is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
