Job Description
The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical support for the Administration Team including managers, analysts and director in managing risk issues for the Corporation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide certificates of insurance to both internal and external customers.
  • Provide assistance on bond program by updating the schedule, paying invoices, obtaining signatures and mailing.
  • Provide clerical support to the Manager of Loss prevention, Senior Manager, Analysts, and Director.
  • Create and run Risk Management screens including Risk presentations.
  • Request and follow up on AP Checks and log AP checks into spreadsheets.
  • Provide support for the Stay Safe program including communication, rewards, and posters.
  • Maintain the e-scheat list and provide to Treasury.
  • Assist the Liability or Workers Comp teams if needed and provide daily summaries.
  • Assist with with workers comp self-insurance program: complete forms, request checks, and ensure documentation is saved in folders.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Assist with the property schedule including updating and verifying current information.

Requirements
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
Experience:
  • No prior experience necessary
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details
Work Hours:
  • Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Travel Requirements:
  • Minimal (0%-25%)
Compensation:
  • This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
