Job Description
The Quotations Coordinator II is responsible for managing a variety of shipments and addressing customer concerns. This position requires superior customer service skills as well as the efficient utilization of resources including effective customer, service center, and field communication to make decisions that resolve urgent transportation-related scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Use multiple systems and programs in support of customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain effective lines of communication with internal and external customers.
- Determine customer needs to generate quotes for customers that provide a solution for their shipment.
- Schedule pickup requests and submit rate corrections.
- Provide accurate information regarding multiple services and solutions offered by ArcBest.
- Create bills of lading (BOL's) and provide shipment-specific documentation.
- Enter quote data accurately and promptly
- Provide tracking updates and communicate delivery modifications.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Handle a large volume of interactions through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 1 year experience as a Quotations Coordinator I, preferred
- Applicable experience and performance also considered.
- Proficient understanding of PC and mainframe computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, preferred

Work Hours:
- Generally, shifts are staggered between 6:00 am - 8:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- Minimal (0-25%)
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
