The Liability Resolution Administrator analyzes and manages risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for the corporation.

Responsibilities
- Adjust reserves and/or provide reserve recommendations to management.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Supervise independent adjusters and defense attorneys.
- Subrogate damages incurred by company from appropriate third party.
- Minimize company's liability exposure.
- Determine applicable tort law.
- Communicate with outside vendors, attorneys, and claimants.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Evaluate, analyze, and assess the product of liability investigations.
- Investigate and process liability claims in multiple jurisdictions which can range from property damage to bodily injury.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Available for after-hours call handling.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- 3 years experience in casualty and/or workers' compensation claims
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Must be a self-starter, capable of working with others to ensure satisfactory results, detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple claims from multiple jurisdictions, and direct the investigation of serious accidents and injuries.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a salary position paid biweekly.
