Job Description
The Intern, Legal provides legal support to attorneys and legal support personnel in performing legal services for all corporate parents and subsidiaries. This position performs all tasks assigned by legal and legal support personnel.

Responsibilities
- Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals and assigned tasks
- Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
- Reviewing basic contracts under attorney supervision
- Performing legal research for attorneys
- Providing support to the contract management system
- Other duties and projects, as assigned
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Pursuing Juris Doctorate degree, required
- Superior academic performance, substantial leadership and extracurricular achievement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth legal research capability.
- Must be detail oriented and enjoy a fast paced, and multi-tasking environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Other Details
Work Hours:
- This is a part time internship position starting in May through the summer that will average 30-40 hours per week. Typical hours will fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm during the summer months.
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
