Job Description
This position loads software and configures corporate workstations, laptops, tablets, and handheld devices for ArcBest and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Load software and configure new corporate workstations, laptops, tablets, and handheld devices.
• Activate cellular service and configure handheld devices.
• Enter information into asset management system.
• Coordinate processing, delivery, and shipping of equipment to local users and remote locations.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements
Education:

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field, preferred.

Experience:

• 1 year experience in related field, preferred

Computer Skills:

• Working knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Android OS, preferred.

Other Details
Work Hours:

• This is a summer intern position that will average 40 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Compensation:

• This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
