Job Description
The Inbound Opportunity Development Coordinator vets potential business opportunities for new and existing, inbound customer prospects from various channels, as well as within the existing ArcBest customer base for up-sell and cross-sell potential and readiness. This position fulfills a key role in our lifecycle marketing approach and helps ensure only sales qualified leads are assigned to our sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with outbound call campaigns, including cold calling.
  • Identify appropriate sales contacts for existing customers for cross-sell and upsell using various digital tools such as: LinkedIn, DnB, Datamyne, etc.
  • Become an expert in digital prospecting and qualifying tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel based on preset guidelines.
  • Learn digital marketing & sales tools and platforms.
  • Receive prioritized lists from Customer Insights for qualification and nurturing.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.
  • Become an expert in all of ArcBest solutions.
  • Collaborate with CX and Sales.
  • Perform lead qualification.
  • Complete assignments within specified period of time.
  • Receive and prioritizes sales-created leads for qualification and nurturing.

Requirements
Education:
  • High School Diploma / GED, preferred
Experience:
  • 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or relevant field, preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferred
  • Experience using digital sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, preferred
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with HubSpot Sales software within 90 Days, required
Certifications:
  • HubSpot Sales Certification within 90 Days, required

Other Details
Work Hours:
  • Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
Compensation:
  • This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
