Job Description
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Coordinator II is responsible for the support and maintenance of the HRIS system. This position works closely with the Human Resources team and Company Leadership to ensure the accuracy and timely upkeep of HR data.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recommend, and respond to department data requests by utilizing appropriate reporting tools such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Assist in providing support by researching and resolving problems with the HRIS systems, including Workday.
- Prepare response to annual employee security review to HR data.
- Work collaboratively with the Information Technology and People Technology teams.
- Research and resolve HRIS issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Assist with testing system capabilities and communicate as needed when functionality does/does not meet desired outcomes.
- Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques.
- Assist with administering EIB's for HR employee data.
- Assist with coordinating and initiating supervisory organization restructures.
- Responsible for inputting, supporting, and maintaining data integrity in the HRIS system for all employees.
- Review employee security in HR systems for new hires and job changes.
- Assist in monitoring HR business processes and escalating issues to People Technology team and Leadership.
- Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Support the utilization of the Workday enterprise management software by assisting users with the system.
- Investigate and resolve ongoing customer needs and escalate to HR management as needed.
- Assist with testing, validating, and implementing business processes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
- Review, audit, and ensure data integrity within the HRIS systems, including union seniority system, by running queries and analyzing data.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS and Workday practices and procedures, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Hours:
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- Minimal (0-25%)
- This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
