The Manager, Regional Maintenance supervises multiple maintenance vendors within assigned region. This position manages shop operations at domiciled shop and ensure time efficient delivery of safe and reliable equipment to drivers.
The Manager, Regional Maintenance supervises multiple maintenance vendors within assigned region. This position manages shop operations at domiciled shop and ensure time efficient delivery of safe and reliable equipment to drivers.
Responsibilities
- High level of collaboration with team members and vendors.
- Address equipment complaints and resolve problems.
- Remotely manage equipment repair expenditures in the assigned operating region with some travel required.
- Manage expenditures for maintenance facilities, parts inventory, and equipment.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
- Associate's Degree, preferred
- 5 years in equipment maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 4 years experience with service and repair vendors, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred

Other Details
Work Hours:
- Generally, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.
- This is a salary position paid biweekly.
- Variable compensation is included.
